The hotel is conveniently located in Commack, NY, close to everything you need. The rooms were not well cared for by 2 pm, dark with only one window, and had a smoke smell, but the staff helped us find a nearby car rental. The service was accommodating and friendly, especially when a hockey team arrived, despite some issues with providing requested items. The location is really nice, convenient from the LIE and Northern Parkway, great for a quick stay with a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Dining options were limited for those on the go, but the Indonesian food was always good. The facilities at the Hampton Inn were adequate for a comfortable stay.
