My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, really clean, and smelled nice. Despite the parking lot being full every night, it was surprisingly quiet. The hearty breakfast the next morning was a nice touch, making my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

The rooms were not well cared for by 2 pm, dark with only one window, and had a smoke smell, but the staff helped us find a nearby car rental. The service was accommodating and friendly, especially when a hockey team arrived, despite some issues with providing requested items. The location is really nice, convenient from the LIE and Northern Parkway, great for a quick stay with a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Dining options were limited for those on the go, but the Indonesian food was always good. The facilities at the Hampton Inn were adequate for a comfortable stay.
